Located in the heart of the city, this hotel provides easy access to the main square and is a short walk to the bus and Teleférico stop. the reliable wifi is a bonus and the friendly staff is always willing to help. While the facilities could benefit from some updates, the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable.
The plumbing could use improvement.

The location is really convenient, close to the main square, the police station, and various tourist attractions. The staff was fairly nice and helpful and the Wi-Fi worked decently most of the time.
The hotel was overall in poor condition, with dated and dirty facilities. The water pressure was lacking, there was no hot water, and the water flowing from the tap and toilet was often black.

The hotel is situated in a great location, near to the main square of the city. It is also next to the police station, so you feel safe and secure during your stay. the hotel provides excellent WiFi connectivity, which makes it perfect for business travelers.
The hotel has outdated facilities that are not well-maintained. the room assigned to me was unsafe due to the poor condition of the electrical wiring and plugs.
